Refund Policy
At Khaokhotalapyu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed.
1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain products, such as opened skincare or haircare items, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product listing for return eligibility before purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- In case of delayed refunds, please check with your bank or payment provider as it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be refunded:
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Personal care items that have been opened (e.g., skincare, shampoos, etc.).
- Gift cards or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be replaced at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at prateek.vashisth21@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
